After undergoing a three-prong interview process and an extensive background check, our experienced staff members complete several class-style and hands-on training experiences before executing their first A Fare Extraordinaire event. From understanding our service standards, to the hardworking culture our company fosters, all new staff members must complete three training shifts before being fully integrated into our roster. With a combined fifty-five years at AFE, our Event Managers have become a part of our clients’ most monumental personal and professional moments.
