Bread Baker

Position Responsibilities:

  • Produce high quality artisan bread and bread products from scratch and bread-related items.


Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a bakery (hotel or restaurant) with at least two years in a lead role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovative outside the box thinking
  • A passion and love for food and the service industry
  • Ability to prepare a wide variety of bread products from scratch
  • Reliable transportation


Description of Package:

  • Kitchen hours of operations: 6AM-2PM (Out Time Dependent On Production Load)
  • Event hours dependent on calendar needs
  • Hourly wage will be discussed upon application approval
