Bread Baker
Position Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality artisan bread and bread products from scratch and bread-related items.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of four years of experience in a bakery (hotel or restaurant) with at least two years in a lead role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Innovative outside the box thinking
- A passion and love for food and the service industry
- Ability to prepare a wide variety of bread products from scratch
- Reliable transportation
Description of Package:
- Kitchen hours of operations: 6AM-2PM (Out Time Dependent On Production Load)
- Event hours dependent on calendar needs
- Hourly wage will be discussed upon application approval
