JOB SUMMARYOur office Receptionist is the confident, warm, and positive face and voice of the company. This person provides excellent customer service in the office and over the phone to clients and vendors. In addition to the phone system, our office space is a top priority – to maintain a clean, organized, efficient, prepared, and positive work environment for all employees. This person is quick, detailed, efficient with their time and prioritizes daily tasks well. As the new Receptionist develops a weekly schedule, we will encourage him/her to support other AFE and The Revaire departments with administrative tasks that he/she is able to juggle and take ownership of while at the front desk.


  • Be a confident, warm, professional, and positive face and voice of the company
  • Answer general phone calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
  • Greet guests, vendors, and direct delivery personnel to proper drop-off locations
  • Daily opening and closing of office space and employee breakroom (lights, door locks, music)
  • Maintain communication with logistics department regarding any irregular shipments and incoming deliveries
  • Ensure the front office, supply/print room, breakroom, and conference room and tasting kitchen areas are stocked and maintained
  • Manage the schedule of all meeting spaces and keep close watch on company calendars
  • Creating all event travel files
  • Event inquiry support for the AFE Sales Team
  • Communicate with facilities department regarding facility related issues, broken equipment, etc.
  • Set up for all in-house meetings and assist staff in setting up tastings
  • Place office supply orders bi-monthly
  • Scanning and saving completed event files to the database
  • Sending out event comments sheets each morning post events
  • Schedule anniversary lunches and other in-house celebrations in collaboration with the Culinary Director and Director of HR
  • Sort and distribute mail daily and place in appropriate mail bin in supply/print room
  • Assist Event Design Department with custom projects when needed
  • Assist AFE and The Revaire departments with daily and weekly administrative needs
  • Coordinate and schedule off-site building maintenance vendors

  • Pay to be determined based on qualifications of candidate
  • Weekly office business hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Reviews: 3 Month Employee Introductory Period Review plus Annual Performance Review
  • Event attendance and shadowing encouraged
