The Revaire, an A Fare Extraordinaire sister company, is centrally located on Old Katy Road within the 610 Loop. The Revaire has been meticulously designed with a single goal in mind – to create an elegant 25,000 sq. ft. venue that provides the highest guest experience possible. Constructed in 1942 as a munition factory, the original aesthetic of the building is captured in its 30 ft. steel bow truss ceilings, column-free floor plan, and stained concrete floors. From exquisite culinary creations to on-point and attentive service and impressive designs, you will have a dedicated team that serves as a one-stop-shop during the creative planning process.

Lott Hall, formerly known as Hermann Park Conservancy’s Historic Clubhouse, recently completed a major transformation. Originally built in 1933, it served as the clubhouse for the Hermann Park Golf Course until 1999. Now that the renovation has been completed, Lott Hall is now available to help make your next event unforgettable. The historic and charming space can accommodate 150 seated guests at tables and 300 guests for standing cocktail-style events. Lott Hall includes a catering preparation area, restrooms, personal spaces for a bridal party, private areas for vendors, and newly built porte-cochère to give your arrivals a signature touch.

The Manor, a grand two-story reception space where Southern Chic meets Modern Luxury. The neutral decor is illuminated by eight striking chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush venue grounds. Here you will find a spacious lobby, upstairs lounge, two full-service uniquely designed bars, and a large dining and dancing area. At 11,000 square feet, The Manor can comfortably fit up to 300 guests. With a hidden caterer’s prep kitchen and a private vendors entrance, The Manor offers ease and convenience for all.
